Just my view, but lithium batteries are currently beyond what I'd be willing to pay for them. Get yourself a few flooded batteries or AGMs and get another few years out of them and the price is going to go way down.
If I were you, I'd double your current solar panels and consider more battery capacity if you're going to have a few days without clouds.
Others may disagree about Li's current value. Li is certainly a better technology than any kind of lead/acid, with the deep discharge capability and virtually zero maintenance. But you pay for it!
