That is in fact a very good charge system, The 10 percent of C-20 is recommended for maximum battery life, However that will take, by the time you figure in ineffiency around state of discharge/10 to get it to the absorption stage.
Not at all good if you are charging with a generator. (IE 5 hours at 50 percent discharege)
