I think I'm going to do a 7-10 day cycle of an hour of PD 9245 first thing in the morning at bulk rate for an hour or so, followed by whatever the solar panel tops off at every day, Ive got it set at 15.0, gets that to the battery. After a week, the only thing I'll add is after the solar panel is done, disconnect the battery, and I'm going to run that old Sears 6 amp /2 amp charger at 6 amps, and when the battery reachs 15.9 to 16.0V, usually in an hour or less, I'm calling it done, shutting the gen and charger down, and reconnecting the battery.
That old Sears 6 amp/2 amp charger struggled from 15.97 to 16.0, 75 amp hour battery showing 3 amps from the 6 amp position. There was a slight boiling of electrolyte going on. Saw 12.75V after burning 4 or 5 amps for 20 minutes after completing the charge, with the TV and antenna booster being run off the battery charge. Did not check the SG, that battery is weird and hard as heck to get up to 1.275. It's sitting at 1.250 now. Lot of work and playing with it, I suspect, to get it to 1.275. GC2's for me, next. My free T1275s both have roasted cells, with low SG on one cell each. Someone overheated them, with bad chargers in the storage lot where the golf carts charge.
