We are a bit older here, but it's a common enough occurrence on Car bulletin boards with young men, japanese cars, and obnoxious mods they like to do to their cars that disturb the peace with sound pollution, be it loud "music" if you can even call it that, and f*rtcan exhaust systems at 9000 rpm and no torque. The diesel truck punks do it too, rolling coal.
