sh410 HF Charger + VARIAC. You can replicate the Mormon Tabernacle Choir's level of orchestration with that pair. Any voltage up to around 18 or so amperes at 13 volts. More volts via less amps.
With group 31 being the ONLY choice and knowing what I know about group 31's I would say a Rolls Surrette or good AGM battery would cost least in the very long run. I hated the flooded 31's

Pave that gravel section over by the fence and get a lot of pallets. Buy a truck. You'll save a fortune hauling the warranty 31's to the smelter.
