Pair two 6vs up to 12V in serial, and charge up with a 10 amp 12v charger?
My observation has been that if you need 5% at 16.0V, most chargers will drop off to that level, and you need about 10% of your battery amp hour ratings to keep at 5% at 16.0V. In other words, for a pair of GC-2 6v batteries rated at 225 Amp hours, if hooked to a 12v charger, you will need 22.5 to 25 amps to hold 11.25 to 12.5 amps at 16.0V on a basic old fashioned 12v charger.
So if you are charging GC-2 batteries and need to desulphate, get a 12v 25 amp charger, minimum, to desulphate properly.
