I have 8 US 1800XC golf cart batteries in series for 48 volts. They are connected to two Outback 3,600 watt inverters. This provides battery back up to my house during grid outages. It runs all my lights and small appliances and my well pump. I can ride thru for about 12 hours if I'm careful with usage. These batteries have been installed for nearly 3 years and are still working well.
