Interesting stuff. Thanks for sharing. Wrecked Leaf batteries should come down in price a bit now that Nissan’s replacement pack program for earlier models is coming on lines. I don’t have the link handy but the replacement pack prices are around 2800 for the 24 KWH pack and 3300 ish for the 30 KWH pack. You have to return your old pack though. Folks in real hot locations still see faster than normal degradation though, even with the new packs. We haven’t seen that on ours yet but other than a couple months of summer the climate here is reasonably mild. Our km per kWh has now creeped up to 6.5 but I think that is related to the tires wearing in after a couple or so years.

That Arizona family is pretty interesting. Would love to see his setup.
