I have used 3 year old Dicor with no problems. It was in a climate controlled area during storage.
I would try yours on a small area, wait a few days and see how it cures and holds to the surface.
If you need to get the surface sealed ASAP (leak?), I would buy new for the peace of mind and get it done.
