I finally figured out the date code on these batteries after realizing there’s a printing error on the page of the User Guide that breaks down the serial number. The example serial number has too much space between the fields, so they don’t line up with the field descriptors.
Both batteries have the same date codes (138) so I believe these batteries were both built in the 13th week of 2008.
