No. Each paralleled set of batteries is contributing 50% of the amperage required by the load. The series interconnects are also at 50%. It won't hurt anything to make bigger interconnects, it's just not necessary and that bigger wire isn't easy to work with.
No again. MW cuts off due to its surge, which is almost certainly due to the 1/0 cable. Either that or your Kisae, not exactly the most expensive inverter made, is not living up to its rated capacity. For now, I'd assume it's the cable.
You may get away with 2/0, all you can do is try it. But 4/0 is *usually* recommended for 12v 2kw inverters.
