If you can't DIY, goeth to a tire shop and replace the operating part of the valve. FWIW, I have a small core wrench that might fit between the tires or at the most, demount the outside wheel and have at it. BTW, I can count on one hand the number of broken core stems I've seen. Improbable but totally possible.
