Wish it not such a pain to post pictures here. The Honda cap itself will stop fumes for the generator. Gas fumes are heavier than air so a simple vent in the bottom of the box will keep fumes to a minimum.
I am in the process of building a new box for my Honda and will be running the gen in the box. I will have a vent line running from the extended run tank to outside the box, gas tank and gen are in same box.
