The harbor freight Hydraulic crimper I own, is not a confidence inspiring tool. Look at the end of page 3 on the following link:

The Dies are way too small. The 0 AWG dies can do 4awg ring terminals. The 4awg thick walled ring terminals are a smidge to big for the 0w dies.
I have heard they have addressed this issue in more recent versions, and I believe the larger dies are silver colored. My dies are black. I'd open the boxes to see if I were putting 60$ into a crimper.
I am going to grind out the useless 14 and 12 awg dies for 2 and 0 gauge thick wall lugs tomorrow.
I have a 140$ order coming in tomorrow from Genuine Dealz. 30 feet of 2awg and a whole bunch of ring terminals.
Don't forget the adhesive lined heatshrink tubing. He's got the good stuff at a good price.
