The ultimate PWM amperage of your panel is a ten gauge wire shorted between positive and negative. Higher wattage being shorted. Only MPPT can increase the amperage.
A million volt one amp panel will deliver one amp via PWM. That's what this game is all about. Twelve million watts giving 12 watts of power don't cut it.
That's as simplified (and absurdly amplified) as I can make the subject.
