15.14v * .97 = 14.68v less the V drop from the controller to batt.
14.68 @ 90F, enough for a calcium battery?
start with a panel with a Vmp of less than the kyocera and it is less!
A 28v panel, one could have 10+v voltage drop between the panel and controller.
