There are different ways to wire those 2*208 of course.
I would go series, #10. Simple, and works well.
But you could also wire in parallel, and look for lower-priced MPPT with lower voltage input. Then you price in a thicker cable #6 or #4 and a roof junction box - and in the end might save some bucks - or not.
It won't be elegant, more work, and you might not like cheaper MPPT, but you can do it this way.
