Correction The Bogart SC 2030 is a PWM controller. So perhaps you could parallel 4x 24V panels. But you lose half the potential power of your panels.
Check with Bogart first before using 4x panels.
I'd sell that controller and get a MPPT controller. Even spend $500 on a MS MPPT 60 CC which will handle 4x panels in a series/parallel setup.
