Run your microwave and AC unit off of a 120V generator capable of 3000 watts. Or a pair of Honda Eu2000i generators and a pairing cable.
Run your battery recharging off of your solar panels. You can get full benefits amperage wise, off of your 24V existing panels if you buy a true MPPT charge controller.
Otherwise, it sounds like getting 12V panels and any needs under 360 watts of solar panel can be easily handled on your roof by a PWM charge controller.
