I don't see any Sony 208W solar panels.
I do see a Sharpe 208W solar panel, but they were phased out of 2007. So your used panels are at least 8 years old, maybe more. You might be getting 90% of the rated wattage at their advanced age, if they've been mounted that long 8-10 years.
Good luck on getting 50c a watt for your used panels.
