Perhaps there is a drain on the power system that looks like a power outage to the radio. The drain could be in the park power or something in your RV.
If the radio is equipped with a weather alert function, maybe it is getting confused by weather alert like signals...military, aviation..
No Weather alert.
The radio is 12V so the 110V A/C should not effect it ???? The battery should smove out any spikes.
