Hi,
If one can afford LiFePo4 batteries, one should be able to own a quality inverter. 9.5 volts is way too low for a shut down voltage. Please don't hatch your lovely LI bank.
I'd suggest only using 100 amp-hours of the 120 available for each of the batteries.
