Warning lights and buzzer alarm

While returning from my last camping trip the battery light and ABS light came on along with an alarm. I pressed the trip button and the alarm went off but the lights stayed on. Just had dealer install new brake calipers all around and battery voltage was fine and charging. When you take the key out of the ignition, these lights remain on along with odometer display until you disconnect positive battery cable. This is a 2004 Georgetown MH.
Any suggestions?

    I'd suggest you return to the dealer, if possible, and let him find the cause. It can be pretty involved with an ABS system and the battery light may be another issue entirely.
    Do you by any chance have an OBD II reader?

    If drive-able maybe you could stop into an Auto Parts Store in your area for a free Code Scanning.
