I'm on the road right now and have phone number at home, but yes, they are scratch and dent. The one I just purchased had a small dent on one side and the top piece(which could easily be replaced) has a crack in it...its made out of a wood product. I was on a waiting list for two years for the deal I got but they do have other deals all the time. As I said, so far the wife loves it!
OH....the damage does not show at all once installed in the cabinet and it still has the same warranty.
