On our 2010 Damon Astoria, there are 2 switches for the water heater. 1 for gas and 1 for electricity. When we turn either or both on the switch lights up continuously and the water heater works just fine. I suspect that yours may be the same. It is not a "fault" light but a lighted switch to let you know that it is on.
On the refrigerator, ours works some times while we are traveling. When we stop we reset it but it will usually go out again when travelling at highway speeds. At speeds under about 50, it seems to work just fine. We have learned to just deal with it as we have had the service guys look at it several times with no change. Ours is mounted in a slide.
