I had to replace my switch at the heater plus one of the power wires. The switch pops in but there are two `arms' on either side of the switch that must be depressed to pop it out; sometimes one side at a time works. Where my heater is located it is a nasty job to do any electrical work. I actually pulled the heater out to do the repair. A tech recently did some more electrical work and was able to get to it under the sink.
