Clean any connections, especially the plug to the control board (usually a black box) and you can pybass the stats and the thermo fuse for testing, if all that doesn't fix it, and even tho your RV is quite young yet, the problem most likely is a defective control board. And tho a control board is not cheap, you can change it yourself. If by chance that did not fix it, (very unlikely) that same board will likely fit the Fridge and water heater too, so just carry for spare.
