water issue Outback 300rb

Hello all. I have a water issue along the wardrobe wall on our 2013 Outback 300RB https://www.rvusa.com/2014-keystone-outback-300rb-travel-trailer-2349998

I know we had some water here last year bit this year its worst. It seem to be coming in from rain. The RV has no water in the fresh water tank and is not on city water. There is no water coming down the walls. There is also water inside the storage area which is behind the area where the water sits inside. Any idea what I can check?

  • Have you completed at least annual roof and seam maintenance? If not, start with those two.
  • Just to share my experience.... I was happy to find out my roof leak was not from the roof! It was actually from the under the alumium corner trim, where the vertical wall met the horizontal wall, below the over cab bed. I had to re-make and re-seal the corner but that fixed it. So these leaks can be tricky to fine. Suggest internal air pressurization test if you really want to find it quickly. I was fortunate to be alerted to my problem from another member here who had the same model class C and had the same issue.
  • Thanks for the replies. Leak was caused by cracked caulking on storage door.

  • That's 90% of the battle...knowing where water is entering.
