Yep, Flair-it is the way to go with Pex tubing. My trailer plumbing system was entirely manufactured with Flair-it.
I added a Flair-it tee and valve for a captive air tank installation as well as when installing a separate line off the toilet for a sprayer like you want to add. I installed a flair-it tee and a flair-it valve, then a flair-it adapter x npt male to connect a Quest Fem x male npt valve then the adapters needed for adding the hose sprayer. The reason I added 2 valves was the first valve is to throttle the flow depending on whether I was on pump pressure or shore water pressure to prevent blast back into my face when using the sprayer. I can set it and leave it. The second valve I use as the shut off valve when the sprayer is not being used
