I broke this connection when removing my fresh water tank. i need a new one but cant seem to find what im looking for. its barbed on one side and slip on the other. similar to the below picture . the MTP side would be slip. i believe its 1 3/8. this was the coupling used to marry the fill hose with the top connection on the fresh water tank.

Found these spigot x barb fittings, but no 1 3/8.

so both sides slip on? if you had a set of calipers. I could probably make and print a 3d part of this for a fee

1/2 barb x 1/2 pipe thread is common.

barb x spigot that the OP is looking for is not so common.

The big box stores usally have them in stock. Thats where I got mine when it broke.

It is not pipe thread x barb, it is a spigot x barb.

Here is another link for the spigot x barb fitting.

Doesn't look like they make a 1 3/8. I bet your fitting is a 1 1/2.
