water pooling on my slideout awning

Is there anything I can buy or make to get the water to run off of my slideout awnings? The larger one over the living room slide want to hold water all the time and I need a way to keep it from pooling.

How do you throw the rope (across) under the awning....it's 10'+ off the ground and 18' long!

  • I just wrap a small cotton rope around each of my slides and it creates a run off channel on the topper. Simple.
