It does not pulse when you use water at the kitchen faucet? Pulses at others?
Ok, I see 2 scenarios. Too much restriction at those taps. Try taking off the aerators or shower head. If it pumps steady, then the pressure is set too low or restriction at those taps.
Turning up pump pressure is simple, a turn clockwise on the screw on the pump nose will give about another 5 psi.
