Hand pump is unnecessary, use the trailer's fresh water pump to draw RV antifreeze directly from the jug and distribute it throughout the trailer's water system. To displace water in that section of hose from the city water inlet to the point where it T's into the trailer's water system (at the pump output) simply remove the city water inlet filter screen and push the check valve in ... just make sure you do this with pressure relieved a bit so you don't displace the rubber seal in the check valve assembly from excessive pressure.
