Water pump won't shut off

My snow birding neighbor has a 2015 Dutchman Razorback that has a Artis water pump. It runs fine but it won't stop running unless it's turned off. Any thoughts? Thanks Ray

Thank you all for the input. He is going to check the pressure switch to start with.
