Water tank filling.
Trying to fill my water tank and some water is backing out. I know the tank is empty.

Why would they do it any other way?
That vent line will help fill the tank when it rains and when the trailer is washed. The soapy water helps to clean the tank as well. :(
How was this stupid design ever approved for potable water?
