WDH receiver slop - fixed with 2 1/2" shank, I think

Yes, they do. Even for 2.5" hitch receivers.

But I often remove the hitch and having to bolt up and unbolt this extra device just makes the whole affair more difficult.

Hopefully I won't need one.
