WFCO Please Describe The Operational Malfunctions

Do some of the critters not even attempt to switch into "boost" mode despite starting out at say, 12.2 volts? Or is it a threshold issue, where unusually low voltage is needed to trigger the boost mod...

At least yours might go into boost, my converter is 13.6 only and in hot weather it will cook your battery.
