Your batteries are throwing kisses. Since 16.0 volts is the limit you're well inside the limit. After you unplug that charger, give it a kiss. The hogs that are more equal than you decided you don't possess the brains to operate it, so they are banned. Only chew & spit smart chargers now. Would be like the government insisting only lawyers can practice medicine.
