Do you need a basic explanation of hot, neutral, ground?
Otherwise you pop in the breaker and wire same as the others.
Exact same wiring as your home except the neutral and ground bus are not bonded.
Be safe, unplug.

BTW code allows the main + 5 branch circuits max on a 30 amp panel.
