For me adding a circuit is kind of an "In my sleep" (well not quite) Job (but I will be lying down on the job.. due to the location of the breaker box.
But frankly if you have to ask how to do it, Get someone who KNOWS how to do it to work with you the first time.. Either have them do it while you watch or supervise you doing it... The results of a mistake can be serious and Thus I will not tell you here how to do it.. If you are near me (Currently east of Flint MI next week moving to south of port huron) I might oversee your work but I'm not comfortable tele-advising.. It is simple truly but I mistakes can be fatal.
