I had a wfco 98100, that I installed
And yes it would goto 14.4v bulk mode
The battery charge wiring is "1 aught"
Came that way from the factory, with the OEM installed Freedom 10, 1000w inverter, 50 amp charger
Which I had to replace after burning up the pass thru circuit
(My fault)
