My WFCO never provided more or less than 13.8V, regardless of SOC of the battery on my TravelTrailer. I have since renamed it WTF Co. Because you never know WTF if it's doing the right thing or failing. They do have a high failure rate, and they are very often replaced with a Progressive Dynamics or an IOTA, which is what most people around here will recommend as a replacement. If you are really hard core off the power pedestal and into dry camping, there are much better manual option chargers for less money... MegaWatt and MeanWell for the generator running crowd get the nod, then, for the NON power pedestal camping queens.
