Are WFCO converters a good choice ? As good as PROGRESSIVE DYNAMICS ?

I have had two PDs, and one WFCO.
The first PD died and was replaced with the second one. They did an OK job for me.
The WFCO was a joke. It never changed modes. It was always in the 13.6-13.8 range. I could have lived with it not going into bulk, but it not going into float was a dealbreaker.
It was replaced with a powermax. I like it the best of the three brands I have owned.
