you are talking mighty small batteries at 34 Ahr (motor cycle battery?) and even 100 Ahr is not much bigger than a group 27 battery..
I think you will find that NEITHER option you gave is going to cut it for more than one day without recharging unless you use candles, no heat, no TV and very little water pump..
No one can really answer your question since no one camps the same way.
You will need to figure out how much energy you will use and what your recharging schedule will be. Then you can figure out the battery capacity and recharge schedule.
Personally, I would go two 100 Ahr batteries or more or 6V GC battery BANK PAIRs (2 6V in series to to get one 12V set). The cost of multiple 34Ahr batts will get pretty pricey per Ahr..
