My 5200# Al-Ko axles have a label on them that says "Plant 52 (La Grande)" and under that the part number starts with "T52D ULFL" then lots of numbers. At the bottom of the label it clearly says "Capacity 5200#"
My guess is that T52D refers to the plant number, not the weight rating.
When you replace the bearing, don't you replace the race as well?
I've re-greased bearings and replaced the seals, but never replaced the bearing and races. Getting the races in/out properly sounds tricky to me.
