And I would cringe to think I would trust this dealer to do proper work. Besides the wrong terminals the wires are not even properly attached. Did the dealer run out of 5/16" ring terminals?
I would be removing ALL the wire ends, attach the proper lugs with a crimp, and seal with heat shrink.
You would be best served by fully understanding the situation. Plus understand quality work. Then if you decide to go back to the dealer have a good discussion so that he knows you know what look for and won't accept poor quality.
