Seems not, see Table 7 way down. (1.277 @80F) Note they also have a "finish charge" voltage besides their Abs and E charges.

A local Interstate dealer back then (2011) said he had "heard" that Interstate had raised its SG to 1.300. I assume this was for the "temperate" zone, where before 1.300 was only for up North.
