PowerMax adjustable voltage (Don't know if Randy's "Boondocker" versions are the same for this) will for the first 15 minutes after you turn them on. They do 13-16.5 range, then drop one volt for the rest of the time on.
(If you don't want that, you can snip R1 if you know how to do that sort of thing and it will always do 12-15.5 range. This feature is for their main customers for these chargers--car dealers like BMW--so we RVers just have to live with it)
I have used 15.5 on my older T-1275s and they don't really bubble much, but at 16.2 they bubble nicely.
To get an extended equalize with this charger, I just unplug it after 15 minutes, wait a minute for the caps to bleed off, then plug it back in for another 15 minutes. I did an hour's worth on my T-1275s and their SGs got better than they have been for quite a while.
