Ah come on Mex, lets quibble over changing manufacturer charge voltage recommendations. :)
I remember when the screwy31 was new to me and US battery's 15.3v finishing charge recommendation was causing apoplexy among RV.net's 14.4v is 'just fine' ers.
And then my frequent Hydrometer dippings and experiments with changing voltages ultimately proved it was a requirement in slowing capacity decline. Then 16v proved to be able to accomplish 1.275+ in 50 minutes which took 15.5v 4 or more hours to accomplish
My Meanwell rsp-500-15 has a voltage range of 13.12 to 19.23v, though that 19.23v is unloaded.
I did twist the pot to the mid 17's once, briefly on the screwy 31 but it started fizzing like a freshly opened soda bottle and I lost the gumption to keep twisting clockwise.
BTW, the screwy31 achieved over 500 deep cycles in under 2 years before being relegated to very light Cycling and frequent top offs. Its SG on the weak sister cell has risen 0.010, and it recently read 12.78 volts after resting for 16 days disconnected from everything.
I estimate its remaining capacity to be about 80 of the original 130AH.
