It's a form of Super Glue (made by same company) that is vulcanized (dried and hardened) with a catalyst. Not an epoxy. Vulcanizing with a catalyst means no waiting for it to dry and no delays in manufacturing.
Very commonly used on circuit board esp. where reinforcing components is required, like on aircraft electronics. They also use a lot of pure silicone.
These are the most common adhesives but there are dozens of specialty glues including two part epoxies that are used in application where specific conditions like heat, chemical or vapor conditions exist.
